Normally, a diary stays locked. It lives under a mattress, safe from the world. But The Pleasure Digest is my raw musing, my diary, and my lived experience laid bare for this community. I am sharing it openly because I want you to know you are not alone in your exhaustion or your yearning for peace.

But because it is so personal, I don’t want to write into an empty room. I want to know who is sitting here with me. Not for the sake of an algorithm or an ego boost—but because I care about the souls who feel seen by these words.
